Production process
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes reach the winery in the morning following a mechanical harvest. After being gently crushed the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are being fermented for seven days at a temperature of 27° while using different spraying regimes for the purpose of flavor, aroma and color extraction. The wine is the transferred into French oak barrels for 10 months of aging.

The wine tastes lusty, rich, and full-bodied with a fruity harmonic finish.
